In February, the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) issued its fourth assessment report on the state of emissions and climate change. According to the world’s leading scientists, there is a 90% likelihood that the global warming we are experiencing is linked to human-induced causes. In essence, it stems from burning fossil fuels.
