As you remember, DRC was formerly called Zaire. The reason why the name was changed; many of us do not know! Let us pray that someone will not start another war just because of the name. I agree with him in the conclusion, in fact many giant steps have been taken on the way to democracy. The international community should not be commended - these people are everywhere even where wars have failed to stop. Take the example of the Middle East, Somalia, Sudan and Uganda.
