Cela pourrait ressembler à une mauvaise série. Après la douche froide subie récemment par le gouvernement congolais à l'occasion de l'Assemblée annuelle des institutions de Breton Wood qui ont stoppé leurs décaissements en faveur de notre pays, c'est une autre mauvaise nouvelle qui nous parvient aujourd'hui du Palais de verre à New York.
