The International Labour Organisation (ILO) has called for a shift in the global economic paradigm. The British government has denied legalising gay relationships is a precondition that it has set for Malawi to be a beneficiary of its aid. South Sudan has shut down more than 20 private universities, placing the future of higher education on the spot in a country where public universities are partially operational.
