Advertising in Pambazuka News

In an effort to enable Pambazuka to remain free and independent, we are encouraging institutions to take out paid advertisements. We will accept advertisements from institutions that have aims and objectives that are broadly consistent with the goals of Pambazuka.

Pambazuka has some 660,000 unique visitors to the website (approximately 1.6 million visits) over the year. Approximately 25% are from North America, 25% from Europe, 25% from Africa, and the remainder from other parts of the world.

The rates shown below are for a four week advertisement, exclusive of VAT

Band A - Charities, NGOs and Non-profit organisations with turnover of less than $150,000



Band B - Charities, NGOs and Non-profit organisations with turnover of $150,000 - $750,000



Band C - Charities, NGOs and Non-profit organisations with turnover of more than $750,000



Band D - Government or Private Sector companies



If you wish us to include an institutional logo with such text-based information an additional charge of $30 (£20) will be made.

We are willing to waive the charges for not-for-profit organisations in Africa with limited income.
